Only the fittest students will survive and find me every time…

Hello, I´m looking for a book, “Camera Politica” and there´s no way to find it in Helsinki, I was in all book stores but it´s no possible found, and there´s only one in the university but it´s is borrowed. What can I do for get this book as soon as possible? Thank you very much for your attention.
